By M-Pesa, after we've confirmed your order and delivery fee. Your order page shows our Buy Goods till number and the total. Pay through Lipa na M-PESA, then enter the code from your M-Pesa SMS on the order page. We don't take card payments.

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us, or, if a USSD code is shown on our shop page, dial it from any phone to order and track.

Anywhere in Kenya. In Nairobi, nearby towns and Kiambu, Kenya Farms delivery brings your order on our delivery day for a fixed fare for your area, shown at checkout. Any day, a boda can bring it, charged at the Bolt or Uber rate for your distance. Elsewhere we use a courier, or you can collect from a Pickup Mtaani agent near you (from KES 100). We confirm boda and courier fees before you pay. Our shop in Nairobi CBD is opening soon.

Our own rider brings the week's orders for Nairobi, nearby towns and Kiambu in one planned round from our collection point in Nairobi, on our delivery day (Saturday for now). Sharing the trip makes it cheaper than a boda. Choose it at checkout before the cut-off shown there, pick your area and add your street, house and a landmark, or pin your location. If you allow notifications, you'll hear your stop number and time on the day. My details on the shop keeps up to 3 places on your phone for next time.

Open Track and enter your order ID and phone number. You'll see when your order is placed, approved, in transit and delivered, plus updates such as the rider's details. On your order page you can also tap Get updates on this phone to be told when it's confirmed, on its way and delivered.

Yes. It's strained, never heated, and nothing is added. We also publish a guide to testing honey at home, including what home tests can't prove.

Raw honey naturally crystallises, especially in cool weather. It's still good to eat. To soften it, stand the jar in warm, not boiling, water for 15–30 minutes. Read why it happens.

Mix 1 part rabbit urine with 5–10 parts water, using the weaker mix for young plants. Spray the leaves early in the morning or late in the afternoon, or pour it around the base of the plant. See the full guide.

No. We sell it as an organic foliar feed and fertiliser.

Only on acidic soil: spread up to 100 g per square metre (a 1 kg bag covers about 10 m²), dig it in and wait 2–3 weeks before planting. Wear gloves, keep it off seedlings, and don't apply it with urea, CAN, DAP or fresh manure. See the full guide.

No. We sell it as a soil amendment for acidic soil. It comes from clean, untreated wood only and is sieved fine.

Yes. It's shredded cabbage and salt, fermented for about 3 weeks and never heated or pasteurised. Keep it in the fridge once opened, and use a clean spoon. See how to eat and keep it.
