Refunds and returns
In short: if something arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we'll replace it or refund you, including delivery. Refunds are paid by M-Pesa.

WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. You choose a replacement or a full refund, including the delivery fee.
If you're unsure your honey is genuine
Tell us. We'll explain where it came from and talk you through the home checks. If we can't put your mind at rest, we'll refund you. Honey turning solid is natural and not a fault: here's why.
Changed your mind
You can return unopened items within 7 days of delivery. We refund the product price once we receive them. Return delivery is at your cost.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge until your order is dispatched, or for shop pickups, until you collect it. WhatsApp us with your order ID. If you've already paid, we refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
To the M-Pesa number you paid from, within 3 working days of agreeing the refund.
